Canceling a service

How to cancel a service at Crunchbits

Selecting the immidiet cancellation type will not automatically result in a refund.

1. Go into your service

Start by logging into your billing account, then click on Services [1] -> My Services [2].

Afterward, click on the service you'd like to cancel.

2. Cancel your service

Then click on Request Cancellation .

In there enter a brief reason for the cancellation [1].

Then select the cancellation type [2]:

• Immediate - your service will be terminated within 24 hours.

• End of Billing Period - your service will be canceled on its due date.

And afterward, confirm the cancellation by clicking on Request Cancellation .
