How to enter rescue mode on your Crunchbits' VPS

What is rescue mode?

Rescue mode is a special boot environment that can be used to fix issues while the server's OS is either unbootable, or expiriancing ciritcal errors. It's mainly used for troubleshooting, as well as data recovery.

How to enter rescue mode?

1. Go to your VPS

Start by going to our Virtualization Control Panel, and logging in. Then click Manage next to the VPS that you'd like to enter rescue mode of.

2. Enable Rescue mode

Then go to the Options tab.

Afterward, enter the Rescue section.

Then click on the Create Rescue Session button.

And confirm that you would like to enable rescue mode by pressing the Create Rescue Session button.

Then wait for our systems to enable rescue.

3. Enter the VNC console

Afterward, enter the VNC console as outlined in: Entering the VNC console, and start fixing your server!
