How to Request an ISO
A guide to requesting ISOs to be added to our ISO library
While we have a good selection of several ISOs in our library available for you use, there may still be exceptions where an ISO may not exist in our library. We allow you to request ISOs via our ticketing system for your own use.
1. Open a ticket
Start by going to our client area and then on the left navigation bar, select Support [1] -> Open Ticket [2]

2. Fill the Ticket Form
Select Technical Support as the department.

Then, Enter the Subjet [1] and the Message [2] as per the table below:
We need the ISO link in the following format:
https://example.com/*/example.iso
The link cannot redirect to another link.
Subject [1]
ISO request - VPS Control PanelMessage [2]
Hello,
Please add the following ISO to your ISO library:
[ISO Link]
Thank you!
3. Submit the ticket
Once you've filled out the form, Scroll Down and Click on the Submit Button.
